Following a water damage at my property, Elevate were instructed to rip out the damage, dry out a complex underfloor heating system and reinstate a mammoth 7 room project in just 9 weeks start to finish. I was impressed that they could complete the work to such a tight deadline, but more importantly, the finished quality achieved points to what can only be master craftsman employed by Elevate who left my property in a much better condition then before the damage. The site was completed cleared after. A special mention to Alex who managed the project, Sean an experienced master Carpenter and young highly skilled Michael. Highly recommended.

As we have finally reached the end of the project, I wanted to write and thank you and your organisation for the splendid job you did for us. The quality of the work is excellent, it was carried out expeditiously and thanks to the very cooperative team you sent us ably lead by Craig, we only needed to close the Centre for around six days, quite a feat when you consider the extent of the work. Many of our volunteers commented on how pleasant your workman were and speaking for myself, I have nothing but praise for Craig and his ‘can do’ attitude, which made everything so very much easier. We are also extremely grateful for the ‘pro bono’ work you did on our Operations Room. It has been totally transformed and is now a pleasure to work in, a significant change from it’s previous incarnation. Obviously as a charity we have to watch our expenditure, especially on a major project such as this and your donation was very much appreciated. We are all agreed we would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a very competent building company and we hope you continue to thrive. Dear Mark, I write to formally thank you for the work you and your company did at the International School of London in Surrey. We were delighted with the work and the level of service received. Your guys really did a great job. The job was closely supervised by your project manager (Craig) who clearly knows how to run a tight ship, and was assisted by highly skilled craftsman who went out of their way to make the project a real success. They all seemed to know each other really well and worked very well together. The job was done on schedule, in about 3 weeks, and any extra costs were all additional things I’d asked for as the job progressed which they were happy to discuss, accommodate and implement for me. I am known to change my mind frequently and be picky but your team was just fantastic and very accommodating. They just did everything expected of them and I really appreciate people that like to do things well, especially the little things, which make such a difference. The renovation looks as if it’s always been there which speaks for itself. Apart from the extremely high quality of their work they were all really nice helpful guys which made a real difference during the inevitable disruption on a job like this.
