The project required a comprehensive strip-out, drying, and full reinstatement programme, delivered within a strict timeline while the homeowners remained in residence throughout the works.

Scope of Works

Following a detailed site inspection, Elivate provided a thorough and transparent quotation, which led to instruction to proceed in January 2025.
